Washington North Playground
PPNA members’ children and grandchildren 10 years old and younger are invited to participate. We are co-hosting this event with our Inglewood neighbors. Bring your baskets to collect eggs and don’t forget your cameras as the PPNA Easter Bunny will be on hand to help the kiddies search for eggs! You must be a current member to participate in this event, for insurance purposes. Not a current member? Find out how to become a member, here! Thanks to the Washington Girl Scouts who will be assisting with our event this year! Troop 8689 will have boxes of Girl Scout Cookies available for sale at the Egg Hunt, so bring your wallets too.
Since we are halfway through our 2018 membership year, we are offering 50% off memberships through September 30, 2018! Join now at a discount, but remember you will have to renew at our membership drive in October unless you choose the 2 year option.

Just a reminder our ride is THIS Saturday! There are still plenty of bikes available. Same day registration is accepted but if you can register before it’s even better! Online payments are accepted! All East Tosa neighbors are invited to get “happy” with Pabst Park!
Step outside your comfort zone to meet some of your neighbors while experiencing Wauwatosa’s one and only indoor cycling studio, PowerCycle, 7954 Harwood Avenue.
A 45 minute class exclusive to Pabst Park Neighborhood residents and their friends will be followed by a social hour with snacks and water provided.
It doesn’t matter what your fitness experience is, the ride is friendly for riders of all levels! It is even kid friendly for riders 4’11” and taller!
Cost is $5/person. And pre-registration is preferred by February 19th. Drop off cash or checks payable to PPNA, to CoCo at 2178 North 64th. Please note your name and address for physical or online payments. Pay online via Venmo or PayPal by using these links:

Feel free to email CoCo at firstname.lastname@example.org with questions.
Bring a friend or make a new friend after the ride!
Join us for our annual board meeting on Thursday, February 1st~6:30pm at Hue on 65th and North. If you have an interest in helping to plan our winter happy hour, egg hunt, trick or treat event or just want to be more involved, we would love to see you! We are actively seeking a new president and treasurer, as Lisa and I have filled these roles longer than the bylaws allow. If a board member position interests you, please email either Lisa or me for more information. We would be happy to have you shadow us for the rest of this membership year to get a feel for the positions. If traditional board member positions sound too daunting, we may restructure the PPNA to have coordinators for each event, social media, emails, website, etc…. If you would like to just coordinate one piece of the PPNA, please let us know or join us on February 1st. Many hands make light work! We could use some fresh faces and ideas to grow our membership, please consider getting involved.
Ghosts, Goblins, Princesses and Pirates can Trick or Treat this year on:
Tuesday, October 31st from 6pm-8pm
Any household within the PPNA borders, 60th to 68th from North to Lloyd, may hand out treats. The Fall Newsletter will have the official PPNA Pumpkin to hang in your window to show your participation. This is a PPNA sponsored event, please support your neighborhood association by joining the PPNA or renewing your membership at this time. Glow Lights will be given out to participants at the membership drive. Two year members and those who have mailed in the membership form will have Glow Lights delivered to their home.
There will be two PPNA sponsored CIDER STOPS. At our cider stops, we will be collecting nonperishable food items, toiletries or monetary donations for Tosa Cares. Visit http://www.tosacares.org for a list of preferred donation items. Have your little ghost or goblin give a little something back to the community for their basket of goodies! If there is a chill in the air, feel free to grab a warm cup of apple cider at either location.
Cider Stops are 2119 North 61st and 2119 North 66th.
This is a Rain or Shine Event!
